Leon Hoffman, O.D.

Dr. Hoffman has been helping the people of Glendale with their visual needs for over 20 years. He has been practicing at his present location for the past 18 years. Dr. Hoffman graduated from Southern California College of Optometry, with honors, where he received both Bachelor of Science in Optometry and Doctor of Optometry degrees. Dr. Hoffman has lived in Southern California since he was 18 months old, growing up in Tujunga and Los Angeles. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts. He married his High School sweetheart and has stayed local. He has 2 grown children who are also in the Health care field. Licensed and trained in the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents, Dr. Hoffman is certified by the National Board of Optometry in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. He practices full scope Optometry,complete examination for the best vision correction in glasses, expert contact lens fitting, disease detection, allergy and infection treatment and the most up to date refractive surgical options including Lasik.

Chantal

Chantal was born in Lebanon and moved to California when she was 8 months old. She speaks Armenian fluently. She has a younger brother and lives with her parents and brother. She is currently a student at GCC majoring in Biology, studying to become an Optometrist. She has worked for Dr. Hoffman as an assistant for over a year while finishing High School. She is competent in billing, answering questions on the phone, frame selection and many other tasks to make the practice run smoothly. She has a positive attitude and will always greet you with a smile.

Sandy

Sandy has been a part of the practice since 1989. She is a true native Californian, born, raised and living her entire life in the San Fernando Valley. Sandy attended Birmingham High School and California State University of Northridge. She is happily married and a proud mother of two grown children who, through her direction and guidance, have graduated from UCLA and gone on to graduate studies and careers. In the office she is much more than a business manager. She is an expert dispenser and seems to have an ability to find the perfect frame for each person. She has 100% patient satisfaction with regard to frame selection. She has the patience to teach and train even the most difficult or apprehensive new contact lens wearers. Sandy is competent in handling your insurance and billing needs and questions. Not only can Sandy run the office and answer all your questions, she enjoys doing so and helping people.

Svetlana

Svetlana was born in Los Angeles, California and lives with her parents, older brother, grandparents and two dogs. She is Macedonian and is currently a student at CSUN hoping to become an Optometrist someday. She is also fluent in Macedonian and English. She has been apart of the practice for almost a year. Her favorite quote is "live, laugh, and love". She will be glad to help you in any way she can.
